Rebuild Wealth Solutions does not guarantee any specific results, deletions, score increases, funding approvals, loan approvals, credit card approvals, or financial outcomes. All services are based on effort, reporting accuracy, lender requirements, and individual credit profiles.
2. Results May Vary
Every client’s credit and financial profile is different. Results vary based on credit history, reporting agencies, client cooperation, financial behavior, existing accounts, and other factors outside of our control.
3. Client Cooperation Responsibilities

4. Payment Authorization
By purchasing any service, program, mentorship, digital product, or consultation from Rebuild Wealth Solutions, the client authorizes all charges associated with the selected service and agrees that all submitted payment information is accurate and authorized.
5. Communication Consent (SMS/Email)
By submitting your information, you consent to receive communication from Rebuild Wealth Solutions via phone calls, SMS text messages, email, automated reminders, marketing communications, and account notifications. Message and data rates may apply.
6. Funding Disclaimer
Funding approvals are never guaranteed. Funding decisions are determined solely by lenders, financial institutions, business qualifications, income, creditworthiness, banking relationships, utilization, and other underwriting factors.
7. Credit Repair Compliance Disclosure
Rebuild Wealth Solutions operates in compliance with applicable credit repair laws and regulations. We do not encourage false claims, fraudulent reporting, identity misrepresentation, or illegal credit activity. Clients understand that truthful, accurate, and legal information must be provided at all times.
8. Intellectual Property Protection
All materials, mentorship content, ebooks, templates, workflows, branding, systems, videos, training materials, and documents provided by Rebuild Wealth Solutions are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, shared, or reused without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Rebuild Wealth Solutions shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, financial, business, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, mentorships, funding guidance, digital products, recommendations, or educational materials.
10. Chargeback & Dispute Clause
By purchasing services from Rebuild Wealth Solutions, the client agrees not to initiate fraudulent or unauthorized chargebacks after services, onboarding, mentorship preparation, strategy work, or digital access has begun.
Unauthorized chargebacks after services begin may be considered fraudulent.
Clients acknowledge that digital services, mentorships, strategy preparation, administrative work, and onboarding begin immediately after purchase and therefore ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
